  • Courier across Latvia: €10.00 — delivery in 2–5 business days
  • Baltic states (Estonia, Lithuania): Omniva parcel lockers or courier (DPD, Cargobus)

Shipping across Europe

We deliver to all EU countries by courier or Latvijas Pasts. After you place your order, we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping cost and delivery time for your country — you only pay after everything is agreed. Since we ship from inside the EU, there are no customs duties or import fees for EU customers.

Payment

We accept bank cards and bank-link payments, bank transfer (pro-forma invoice), and cryptocurrency. All prices include VAT.

Returns — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@efoilriga.lv. Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Warranty

All products sold by efoilriga.lv come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material quality issues. Your invoice or receipt serves as the warranty card. If a problem occurs during the warranty period, email us at info@efoilriga.lv — free warranty repair or replacement is provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or damage caused by improper use.
